For Senior Management
You’re the level the whole organisation leans on. Who’s building you?
An engagement for senior project leaders in the built environment: the Senior Project Managers, Programme Directors and Project Directors carrying complex programmes, driving innovation, and building teams that perform under pressure, so you deliver iconic results without burning out yourself or your people.
The reputation that made you is now the ceiling
On The Curiosity Shop, the podcast she hosts with Adam Grant, recorded live at Brilliant Minds in Stockholm, Brené Brown described what she sees inside major organisations. The C-suite is more frustrated with the leaders who report directly to them than with any other level, because those leaders anchor their value on being the one who knows rather than the one who learns.
In this industry the same thing shows up one rung below the board. The level just below the top is where learning agility goes to die.
At your level the task has already changed. You’re not being asked to manage tasks, or even to lead a team well. You’re doing that. You’re being asked to build leaders, hold a culture, and carry the trust of directors, clients and authorities across the whole system. If your reputation as the expert has quietly become your ceiling, this engagement is built for you.
Which way in depends on what you already carry
Senior leaders arrive here from two directions, and the engagement is built for both.
Some arrive without a leadership framework of their own. Twenty-plus years of delivery, habits assembled as you went, borrowed pieces that mostly work until the programme gets big enough to test them. For you, the engagement starts with the Enhanced 6E Leadership Framework: we build yours, session by session, over roughly the first four months. Then the remainder of the engagement is Focus Sessions, your framework applied to whatever the work throws at you.
Others arrive with an approach that already serves them, often sharpened by previous coaching. You don’t need another framework. You need a coach in your corner on the big issues, with a structure that converts insight into behaviour, which is precisely the discipline most past engagements lacked. The Focus Sessions Engagement runs in twelve-week cycles. Each cycle takes one major issue, the big one underneath the symptom list, and works it through your team, not around it. The last session of every cycle reviews what changed and sets the next issue. The structure is mine. The content is entirely yours: your issue, your team, your quarter.
The two ways carry the same investment. The choice is about what you need, not what it costs.
And if you don’t yet know precisely what the work is, that’s not a reason to wait, it’s the first piece of work. The Senior Leadership Diagnostic names your territory in writing before real money moves, and the fee credits toward the engagement within thirty days.
The Senior Management Engagement
The work runs in sequence. The Enhanced 6E Leadership Framework builds the leadership system first: Envision, Embody, Enlist, Empower, Evaluate, Encourage, plus the two behaviours that decide whether you lead at scale: Engage, the difference between a team that complies and a team that commits, and Elevate, the difference between a leader who performs and one who multiplies. The simplest test: who is better because you lead them?
Focus Sessions then carry the remainder of the engagement, so the framework always meets the live problem in front of you: the escalation, the recovery plan, the narrative a leadership team has built about someone who may be drowning, not failing.
Why the second half exists
The framework is mine, and it is thorough. On its own it stays general. Focus Sessions are where it meets your actual week: the escalation, the recovery plan, the conversation you have been sequencing around. That is the half most programmes do not have, and it is the half that changes anything on the project.
Both ways in carry the same investment. The choice is about what you need, not what it costs.

If you do the work:
- You lead a team that absorbs shocks instead of fracturing under them. On projects carrying real LD exposure, that’s the difference that shows up in the account.
- You regulate before you read the field. Yours sets the temperature for everyone below you.
- You manage upward with permission to lead: what winning looks like for your principal, played back, confirmed, then the ask that earns you the room to run your team your way.
- You become a learner again, and in this market, the learner compounds while the knower stalls.
Paying for yourself?
Every engagement can be paid quarterly, in advance, one cycle at a time: two payments at six months, three at nine, four at twelve. The quarterly totals are $13,332, $18,000 and $22,664.
Pay in full before we begin and it is the published figure above, a saving of ten percent.
Corporate-sponsored engagements are invoiced at the published figure.
You are not stuck. That is the point. You are performing at a level you have already mastered, and proving it again next quarter costs you the year you could have spent learning to play a bigger board. The question is not what is wrong. It is what you are not yet being asked to do, and what it would take to be ready when you are.
The Enhanced 6E Intensive
The full Enhanced 6E leadership system, 14 sessions including 2 Focus Sessions across four consecutive mornings, Wednesdays 09:30 to 14:00 or Saturdays 08:30 to 13:00, for the senior leader whose calendar won’t wait four months. Same spine, no commute through your delivery week. Deliberately intense, deliberately small. You walk into Monday of week two already leading differently, and your team’s behaviour tells you before you tell them.
| Format | Investment |
|---|---|
| 14 sessions over 4 consecutive Wednesdays or Saturdays (Zoom) | $9,500 |
| 14 sessions over 4 consecutive Wednesdays or Saturdays (In-person Dubai) | $11,000 |
Every engagement starts with the Senior Leadership Diagnostic
Two 90-minute sessions plus a leverage evidence exercise with your own team: a bottleneck map and a feedforward sample, read against the question that decides senior careers: middle managers mostly deliver themselves; senior leaders deliver through others. You leave with a written 5–6 page report including a directional readiness signal for your next senior appointment, and the full fee credits toward your engagement within 30 days.

Straight answers
Which way is right for me?
If you don’t yet have a leadership framework of your own, the framework way builds one and then applies it. If you already carry an approach that serves you, the Focus way puts a coach in your corner on one major issue per twelve-week cycle. If you’re not sure which, the Senior Leadership Diagnostic decides it on evidence, and its fee credits toward whichever you choose.
How is this different from the middle management coaching?
Different question. The middle pathway builds the habits and skills of personal performance. This engagement works on results through others: delegation, culture, feedback, developing your bench, because at your level the deliverable is the people, not the work itself.
I don’t have time for coaching. That’s half the problem.
The engagement is built for delivery reality: one session at a working cadence, everything applied to the live programme. If your diary genuinely can’t hold four months, that’s what the Enhanced 6E Intensive is for. And if the diagnostic shows your problem is workload structure rather than leadership, you’ll be told that instead.
Why is nine months the standard?
Because embedding a new operating mode takes longer than learning it. Six months tests the work or targets one challenge; nine months is where new behaviour stops needing attention to hold; twelve is for leaders working bigger programmes through the change.
What actually happens between sessions?
Assignments run inside your role: the bottleneck map, the feedforward question to your own team, the stop-doing list, the direct conversation you’ve been sequencing around. Nothing hypothetical.
My organisation is sponsoring. What do they see?
Progress against agreed development goals, never session content. Any written output reaches you before your sponsor. No surprises, ever.
Is there a readiness verdict for promotion decisions in this?
No, deliberately. This engagement and its diagnostic give you a directional readiness signal for your own planning. Where an organisation needs an evidence-based readiness verdict on a candidate before a major investment, that’s a separate, independent instrument: the Leadership Readiness Intensive, by introduction.
What if I’m already being coached internally or by HR?
Internal mentoring and this work stack well; they answer different needs. What this adds is an outside chair with 43 years in your industry and no stake in your organisation’s politics.
Why publish the prices?
Because senior leaders don’t have time for pricing theatre. The rates are standard; the variable is fit, and the diagnostic settles that before real money moves.
