Coaching for the Built Environment · GCC

The projects are hard. Leading them doesn’t have to break you.

Structured coaching for managers and senior leaders in construction, real estate, engineering and architecture: practical leadership skills and high-performance habits you can use on site the same week, so you lead your team effectively and deliver consistently, even under pressure.

Coaching built for the level you actually work at

Not one programme stretched to fit everyone. Three distinct routes, each built for a different seat on the project.

For Middle Management

You run the packages, absorb the pressure from both directions, and the promotion conversation keeps happening around you instead of about you. A structured four-stage pathway and issue-led Focus Sessions that build the habits promotion decisions are made on.

For Senior Management

You’re the level the whole organisation leans on: Programme Directors, Senior PMs, functional heads. An engagement built on the 6E Leadership Framework for leaders whose results now come entirely through others.

For Organisations

You’re deciding who to develop, and how, with a real budget behind it. Diagnostics that filter before you commit, published cohort pricing with no negotiation theatre, and a commercial collaboration course for contractor teams.

You’re not buying sessions. You’re buying a system.

The coaching runs on a licensed, sequential architecture: the same structured progression every client moves through, from first habits to leading the people around you. Certified High Performance coaching curriculum, delivered by one coach who has spent 43 years in your industry.

1

6 Pillars of High Performance: the trainable habits underneath sustained performance.

2

10 Core Human Drives: what fuels you, and what’s been quietly draining the tank.

3

Empowered Freedom Blueprint: values turned into live, self-correcting practice.

4

6E Leadership Framework: the complete operating system for leading through others.

Sequence enforced by licensing: each stage earns the next. Senior leaders enter the 6E Framework directly through the Senior Engagement or the Accelerated 6E Intensive.

Richard Haddon working through a coaching session notebook

Coached by someone who has actually carried the job

Most coaches understand people but have never built anything. Most builders have never truly led people. This practice exists in the gap. Richard Haddon has spent 43 years in the built environment as contractor, developer and client-side lead, in a career shaped by complex projects and the black-swan events that test them. At IFA Hotels & Resorts he grew a delivery team from four to forty-three and delivered $1.2 billion of a $2 billion portfolio of upscale residential and hotel developments before the consequences of the 2008 financial crisis reached the GCC and abruptly halted the rest. He was then brought in as COO at Emirates Land Group to rationalise a development portfolio and team in the aftermath of that same crisis: the turnaround seat. Eight years followed in the client’s chair, delivering the Mashreqbank headquarters in the Burj Khalifa district from concept to completion, then pre-contract leadership of a landmark sustainable headquarters in Diriyah targeting LEED Net Zero Energy and WELL Gold. He is a chartered civil engineer, MCIOB, and a Certified High Performance Coach.

Both sides

of the table: contractor and client

On a project carrying real LD exposure, the difference between a team that absorbs shocks and one that fractures shows up in the account, not in feedback forms. That’s the standard this coaching is measured against.
