For Organisations

Develop the people who deliver the projects.

Your margin lives at package level, with the managers who run the work and the senior leaders who run the managers. Structured coaching, filtered by diagnostics, priced in the open, and measured where you measure: the commercial account, not the feedback form.

Filter before you fund

Programme money spent on the wrong candidate is written off twice: the fee, and the quarter. The diagnostic layer exists so that never happens: a structured, evidence-based read of each candidate before you commit programme budget, with the full fee crediting toward their programme within 30 days. Your candidate sees their report before you do. No surprises, ever. It’s how the honest reads stay honest.

Coaching at cohort scale, priced in the open

Every programme on this site is available to corporate cohorts at published tiers. The structure does the negotiating: your budget selects the bracket, and the rate is the rate, whether your cohort is three or fifty.

Middle Management Course Pathway: four sequential stages, 12 weekly sessions each. $6,000 per stage (Stage 4: $7,200) per person.

Middle Management Focus Sessions: issue-led workplace coaching. $6,000 / $9,600 / $12,960 (3 / 6 / 9 months) per person.

Senior Management Engagement: 14 Enhanced 6E framework sessions plus 10, 20 or 30 Focus Sessions. $12,000 / $16,200 / $20,400 (6 / 9 / 12 months) per person.

Enhanced 6E Intensive: 14 sessions including 2 Focus Sessions, over four consecutive Saturday mornings. $9,500 Zoom · $11,000 in-person Dubai, per person.

Cohort discount tiers (programmes and engagements only; diagnostics and the Leadership Readiness Intensive are exempt):

Your projects don’t lose money on engineering. They lose it where collaboration breaks.

This Is Collaboration is seven modules of commercial-grade collaboration skill for the people at package level, where the claims, the silences and the point-scoring actually start. The mechanics are concrete and trainable: interrupting the corridor narrative before the whole team inherits it, the playback that ends the meeting where both sides heard different agreements, and asking what winning looks like for the other party before you ask them for anything.

If your people do the work: fewer disputes escalating past package level, earlier flags on the problems that cost real money, and a team the client asks for by name on the next job. Measured in the commercial account, not in feedback forms.

Priced per cohort, not per participant: USD 4,900–6,800 for the full cohort (AED 18,000–25,000), set within the range by cohort size and delivery format.

For the candidate you’re about to invest heavily in

Before an organisation commits $50,000–$150,000 to a high-potential manager’s external development, one question deserves an independent answer: is this person ready, and ready for what? The Leadership Readiness Intensive is a two-day, scenario-based assessment built on real built-environment cases, ending in a written readiness report (Ready, Ready with Conditions, or Not Yet Ready) and a sponsor debrief. It is independent by design: Simplified Advisory Services holds no stake in the onward development decision. Delivered personally, in strictly limited numbers each year, and by referral. If this is the decision on your desk, the conversation starts by introduction.

What corporate sponsors ask

How do we know coaching budget won’t be wasted on the wrong people?

That’s the diagnostic layer’s job. Every candidate is filtered before programme money moves, and occasionally the answer is “coaching is not the right tool for this person yet”, delivered to you straight, because the filter only protects your budget if it’s honest.

What reporting do we get as the sponsor?

Progress against the development goals agreed at the start, plus the written diagnostic outputs. Session content stays confidential to the candidate, and candidates see written outputs before you do. That confidentiality is what makes the coaching work, and the results are visible where you need them: on the project.

Can we negotiate the rates?

No, and that’s a feature. The tiers are published; your cohort size selects the bracket. Nobody who bought last quarter paid more than you for the same thing.

Can we mix levels in one cohort?

Middle and senior tiers run as separate products because the work is different. You can run both concurrently under one engagement; the scoping call configures it.

How does invoicing work?

Corporate engagements run on proposal and invoice, not card checkout. Diagnostics for one or two candidates can be booked and paid directly online if that’s faster for you.

Who delivers everything?

Richard Haddon, personally: 43 years in construction, real estate and engineering across contractor and client side, Certified High Performance Coach. No associates, no juniors.

What’s the difference between the Senior Leadership Diagnostic and the Leadership Readiness Intensive?

The diagnostic answers a coaching question (what would we work on) and gives the leader a directional signal for their own development. The Intensive answers an investment question (is this candidate ready) with an evidence-based verdict and sponsor debrief. They refer to each other; they never substitute for each other.

Bring the org chart. Leave with a configuration.

A 20-minute scoping call is enough to map levels, cohort sizes and the right entry points. No proposal theatre.
